Free Delivery:
Orders over £40 are delivered free to mainland UK unless they contain a gate or fireguard, in which case, delivery is still free, but for orders over £60.
Standard Delivery:
Standard delivery by Royal Mail to mainland UK is £3.95 unless the order contains a gate or fireguard, in which case, standard delivery by DPD is £7.95.
Offshore and Highlands Delivery:
Delivery by Royal Mail to Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, some of the Scottish Highlands and offshore Islands is £3.95 unless the order contains a gate or fireguard, in this case, delivery by DPD is £19.95.

Saturday Delivery:
We do not offer a Saturday delivery service.

We're proud to sell our products at a fair and competitive price. Therefore, if you find one of our products cheaper elsewhere, we're happy to match the price. (Please note, we cannot price match old stock, used products or those listed on online marketplaces such as eBay.)
We welcome bulk orders for nurseries, schools and other educational and trade facilities, and aim to provide a discount on large volumes where possible. Orders are despatched on the same or next working day. Orders are usually shipped by Second Class post. Heavier orders (safety gates and fireguards) will be shipped by courier.
We accept all credit and debit cards.
Your credit card will be charged as soon as the check-out process is complete.
You must notify us in writing that you intend to return the goods within 7 working days, from the day after that on which you received the goods, for a full refund and the returned item must be received in a perfect and unused condition for the refund to be issued. As per our terms and conditions, the cost of returning any item is at your expense and we do not offer a collection service so you will need to use your own courier service. Ensure that a copy of your invoice is returned with the goods, together with your telephone and contact details.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This facility is available for unused goods only. If you return goods in a used condition, we cannot process them and no refund will be issued.
If returned goods fail to arrive at our distribution centre, a proof of delivery will be required to issue a refund.
If your goods have been delivered damaged or faulty please let us know immediately.
Using the Contact Us tab above, inform us of the exact problem so that we can investigate the problem quickly and efficiently. The following information is required:
- Your order number
- Details of exact fault
- A photograph – in most cases we need to see a picture and often have to request one which can lead to a delay in processing the investigation. Please assume we need one (in the contact us form there is a box for inserting a picture)
- Make sure you retain the original packaging in case we have to collect the damaged product
- Include your telephone and contact details should we need to contact you

Mum and dads can carry their little one in a baby carrier up to the age of about 9 months. However, babies’ weights vary quite significantly at any given age, so as a general rule our Carramio is designed to carry a baby with a weight of 3.5kgs to 9.0kgs, which is approximately 7lbs 11oz to 19lbs 13oz.
Our Bump Belt is a soft seat pad that’s easily secured to the seat in any vehicle. The mum-to-be sits on the pad and fastens the conventional seatbelt as normal. Two elasticated flaps are then secured to the lap strap of the seatbelt, which keep the lap belt in a safe and comfortable position all the time. It’s designed to be used from two months pregnant, right up to birth.

It is important that before ordering that you measure the width of the gap where you need the gate to fit. We supply 3 widths of gate and 4 extension widths to enable you to fit gaps from 61cm up to 155cm. Measure the width at floor level and at 75cm above the floor. A downloadable PDF of the recommended gate and extension combinations for any given width is available from the product pages.
